KRABI ISLANDS Thailand

My first ever trip to Thailand and i must admit I was unsure how I would enjoy it.

So many different perspectives from the big cites of Bangkok and Phuket to dreamy blue waters portrayed in the movie THE BEACH.

Being a water and beach lover, the Islands of Krabi was the destination of choice.

Arriving here was definitely a step back into a moment where nature is abundant and time stands still. The island of Krabi is only accessible by boat from the mainland which makes it so private.

Surrounded by tropical forests, a monkey trail on one side and ocean on the other, a quick boot trip and we had arrived to a Thai paradise.

This is the gateway to all the other beautiful islands scattered around which are mostly national parks and protected reserves.

A long floating pontoon is the only access to the shore, so once the boat arrives a good balancing act is needed to walk the waves which uplift your every step towards paradise.

This was my first day marooned on this island and my soul couldn't feel happier!
