I love it when you call me SEÑORITA

I happily played out my version of a Mexican señorita right here in the Hacienda Encantada.

The elaborate resort has a number of dining experiences but non as beautiful as this particular one hanging over the edge of the peninsula with a sunset light-show to match nightly.

Ultra modern with excellent food created by chefs who have added a twist of modern day Mexican cuisine into the menu.

I honestly think though that the view and decor was what made this restaurant such an experience. Ceramics, glassware and that magnificent ocean view marry together to such perfection. So much so, that we returned the next evening again and it was just as magical as the first night.

Highly recommend this beautiful resort if you are in Cabos San Lucas to bring some colour and sunshine into your travels...
