Florida KEYS (part.1)

If you are in Miami, then the Florida Keys is somewhere you must go.

Hire a car and make the day trip through the Everglades National Park and across breathtaking scenery to explore the very cute towns which make up this small stretch of land.

Crossing many bridges which glide over the turquoise ocean, you end up in towns that have been untouched with new developments and you feel as though you are somewhere on a Caribbean island stranded in time.

Straw huts, wooden restaurants over the water and endless beaches can be found with a different vibe to Miami. No hustle and bustle here. Everything is on island time! Being so hot and sunny, things take a much slower pace but thats okay as you have time to soak in the beauty of the Florida Keys without pressure.

Found this adorable place for lunch right on the water, with fresh food, cocktails and homemade lemonade. Palm trees above, a little pop up shop parked in between the outdoor seating and Rege music all added to the tropical mood of this place.

Stopped off for a quick lunch but ended up staying for hours and in no rush to keep going.

Being here is a therapists dream. All your troubles melt away (even if just for a few hours) and happiness is immanent.

Loved it here!
