JUNGLE fever

The most incredible restaurant is here on the island of Niyama and it has been designed in the lush green jungle of the island, perched up above in a treehouse.

NEST is an Asian fusion restaurant that is so impressive not only for the food but also the design and tropical ambiance.

As you walk in through the green exotic plants and tree`s, you hear birds happily singing with an undertone of Buddha bar music. It is so beyond modern, yet you feel totally at one with nature and the surroundings are 100% real.

Each table is set up in a way which gives you total privacy for that nest experience and it is expansive- nestled in between the tree`s and ferns which cover the entire restaurant.

As twilight sets in, candles and lite flame lights lead you through the maze of this paradise.

Seriously this experience was one of the best highlights of being here in the Maldives.

I never thought that the turquoise water can be outdone and it certainly is not second best while here. But for me it was equally as magical dining in the tree tops as swimming in the crystal waters of the island.
