MALDIVES .1

As bucket lists go, the Maldives was always up there with the most dreamed about for me.

Finally the day arrived that this was to be ticked off and seen by me not just through photos on the internet but in real life!

My island of choice is Niyama Private Islands. THE MOST JAW DROPPING tropical island I have ever been too. After a long flight from Sydney, landing here by water plane was the beginning of my adventure.

My room is actually a fully equipped apartment which is right on the turquoise water and don't even get me started on my outside bathroom. It is unbelievable!.

Befitting for the first morning, I spent my time on my own beach with such happiness and zen.

Let the tropicalness begin in gingham...
