Summer weekends are made for the beach!

Being a Sydney native I was surprised to read that Sydney has over 200 beaches scattered around. The fun part is to find all the little bays and hidden gems along the beautiful blue coastline.

I have my favourites which I return to over and over again but this weekend I decided to see something I haven't before.

Curl Curl beach is a rugged one carved by the elements of the fierce waves of mother nature.

There is of course a sandy beach and either end, rocks and cliffs which protect it from more erosion.

My favourite part of today was settling on the rocks and watching the ocean waves hit the shore.

The salty sea mist which I was breathing in was better than any perfume or spa treatment..

Total zen for this bohemian girl...
