SAN JOSE Mexico

A 20 minute drive from Los Cabos San Lucas and the typical tourist shops and over priced mass produced goods dissipates into a more genuine, authentic Mexican feel.
I always try to seek out the more true towns to get a real feel for a place. I found it in San Jose.
Colourful little houses, markets and shops selling handmade goods produced in Mexico and tiny galleries with beautiful paintings and rainbow coloured handcrafts .
On a very hot day, scouring the market stalls here added to the realness of San Jose and made it much more fun and memorable.
If you do get a chance to visit Los Cabos, I really do recommend a little braveness and curiosity to explore what is REAL here in Mexico.
San Jose was without a doubt, my favourite town to visit during my stay here in Mexico.
