AVALON Beverley Hills

One of my favourite places to chill and be surrounded by retro history is the Avalon Hotel In Beverly Hills- Los Angeles.

Now a hotel but once a regular apartment complex housing some of Hollywood elite. Lucille Ball and Marilyn Monroe lived here for many years as it was built by the studios to house their stars. It was close enough for the studios to have them reside here, while working on major movies.

I love the fact that Marilyn regular chilled in the exact same spot and cooled off in the vintage lozenge shaped pool.

Perfect place for cocktails, snack or dinner. Too unwind, meet up with friends or simply work on your laptop for that movie role or in my case - BLOG.
