Lunch at PALACE DAR DONAB

Meandering through the enormous souk of Marrakesh brings with it may surprises. One of which is this beautiful-once Palace (now Riad) in the middle of it.

Hidden behind 2 massive wooden doors which don't give away too much of what beauty it conceals inside. But once the doors open, a magical world of beauty and colours invites you further in.

The Palace DAR DONAB is not only a private oasis as a hotel, but lunch/ dinner is possible for anyone who is lucky enough to find it. I suggest you try and find it as this will be the highlight of your visit in Marrakesh!

The courtyard with lemon and orange trees, a crystal blue pool with mosaics everywhere, birds happily singing and you would be forgiven to believe you are away from the hustle and bustle of the souk but in a place of tranquility and peace.

A definite must to see and for me the highlight of my stay here in Marrakesh!
