Magical LAGO MAGGIORE

The magic of being at Lago Maggiore is seriously like being at a health retreat. This however is better as you can go as you please and soak up every bit of the old town`s ambiance you wish too. This means trying the local cuisine, vino and not forgetting the energising sunshine which enables these picturesque little towns to come alive everyday.

Just across the Swiss boarder, a few km dive on narrow hairpin roads which feels as though you are gliding along the lake, you arrive to my favourite towns of Cannobio and The Cannero Riviera.

Cobblestones promenades, pastel coloured villas and reflective water adds to the charm of these towns. Tiny streets scattered into the town can be explored finding cafes, restaurants and photos opportunities on every corner.

(by the way, got my eye on that pink villa in the backdrop- it`s gotta be worth calling your own little holiday home right?)....
